As we discussed in the class, the homework this week is to build three trees (as we did in class) using the data from the distance between genetic codes.
For this week we will use only the first five codes, as in the following table.

You must do it step-by-step. It is a good idea to check the spreadsheet “class07 bioinfo 2023” that we used in class.
You do not need to do this on a spreadsheet, but that is one of the easiest ways.

For the next week we will use all codes, which you can find in the online document. You can search for a program that can build the trees for you.
Make the computer work for you, do not work for the computer.
